KNOLSKAPE offers a day-long ‘Big Picture Thinking’ program. This program provides an opportunity for participants to think at a big-picture level, understand the moving parts of businesses, their relationships and structure. Using the industry acclaimed Business Model Canvas, participants learn to look at a business and come up with the elements of the business model. They gain mastery over the process of value creation and delivery.

The participants will solve a case study reflecting the realities of their industry using the tool-kit offered on our AktivCase platform. They will also analyse their own organization and understand value creation better.

The program could be delivered in a classroom or on-line using WebEx.
