He’s a theatre artist, a singer, an engineer, a doting father to his two children, and Chief Executive Officer at KNOLSKAPE. He founded KNOLSKAPE at INSEAD and has nurtured it into a leading player in the field of talent transformation. Rajiv firmly believes in being a life-long learner, and is keen on revolutionizing the modern workplace. His early experiences at Oracle USA in the server technologies division, where he headed numerous product development efforts from the ground-up, and tinkering with computers during his Master’s in Computer Science at the University of Alabama, USA, combined with his charismatic leadership, ability to drive innovation, connect with teams and being in the know of things has fostered an expansion from B- Schools to corporates, from development to ADE (Assess, Develop, Engage) has resulted in creating an award-winning portfolio of talent transformation products at KNOLSKAPE.
You’d rarely find success without team effort. Complementing Rajiv is Vijay Kalangi - fellow BITSian, Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at KNOLSKAPE. He manages the conceptualisation and development of a large portfolio of products ranging from business simulations to experiential learning products and assessment solutions. Vijay has been pioneering new technology-based solutions in the talent development domain for the last seven years. Along with him also comes his expertise, acquired from the Center for Advanced Learning Technologies at INSEAD, France, where he was first exposed to design of advanced learning innovations through technology. And, if you don’t find him using technology, be rest assured that he is away travelling. This man certainly knows how to balance between the two.
Another BITSian Knolly, Kalyan Teja is known to effortlessly shoulder the responsibility of end-to-end development of a portfolio of simulation products from ideation to delivery. As Senior Director of Product Development at KNOLSKAPE, he continuously endeavours to develop great user experience. His tenure at INSEAD closely involved developing one of the earliest simulations built for the management domain. When he isn’t delving deep in simulations, he loves driving and trekking with his dear wife.
A seasoned Knolly, Sethu has been instrumental in scaling up the organization to 100+ employees across India and Singapore. His experience in building sales capabilities and scaling team’s telecommunication and financial services domain in Singapore, the Middle East, and India concur with his role as the Senior Vice President - Growth, India and Middle East at KNOLSKAPE. He has worked with more than half of KNOLSKAPE’s 250+ clientele across 20 countries. Though well equipped with experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication, and an MBA, it’s his wit that would keep you wanting to know more and get the deal ‘crack’ing.
The man who kickstarted the APAC operations for KNOLSKAPE in 2014, and continues to lead the operations in the region is Ritish. As the Senior VP - Growth, he is responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and execution of KNOLSKAPE’s expansion in the Americas region. A master in his space, Ritish previously worked as a Consultant at the Global Consulting Practice of TCS. One of his major projects there, was to lead the product development efforts for digitizing the treasury system of a government agency. He also co-founded 35mmpro, a marketplace connecting photographers with consumers. Another seasoned professional in KNOLSKAPE tribe, Ritish possesses a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, an MBA, and sheer grit and determination to take KNOLSKAPE places. And we must say, he continually succeeds at it!
A quiet man who loves his numbers, and deemed as a food enthusiast by his colleagues, Dileep is the Finance Controller at KNOLSKAPE, and handles the organization’s global financial activities including budgeting, analysis, reporting, and regulatory compliance, along with legal matters. He comes with a decade of experience in finance, and needs absolute precision and clarity in all monetary and legal matters. Before KNOLSKAPE, he was an Associate Director – Business Finance at Eka. An Industrial Engineer and an MBA, he began his career with Reuters and has had a spin with all things finance!
She is enterprising and is one person you know will always have a solution to any problem. Ramya is the Director of Customer Success at KNOLSKAPE, and with her team, tirelessly ensures that clients get maximum value from their Knolskape solution. She is responsible for building high-performance teams & scaling operations, managing facilitator eco-system and customer support. Backed by a decade of tech and project management experience with corporates like Citibank N.A, PAYPAL, and a start-up called FLIT, she ensures that all our customers get the ‘WOW’ experience. When not at work, she enjoys singing, playing the piano with her daughter, cycling, and exploring her flair for languages.
At the helm of the great work culture at KNOLSKAPE is Vijayaraghavan Pisharody, known to us all as VP. A self-starter, VP thrives on bringing together the right people for the right roles and with the right mindset, chasing audacious goals and delivering high business result. A seasoned HR leader with 15+ years of diverse experience cutting across various HR disciplines like Employee engagement, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employer Branding and Talent Development across Eastern Europe, India, Malaysia and Sri Lanka. Prior to KNOLSKAPE, he has had significant stints with Tata Group, Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd. (Madura Lifestyle and Retail division), Oberoi group, BPL and Imperial Group before joining Manipal Global Education and Medical Group. His last stint with Manipal Group was as country manager Sri Lanka. Outside of work, those closest to him describe him as a painter, dog-lover and storyteller.
