Rajiv Jayaraman is the Founder-CEO of KNOLSKAPE and serves on its board of directors. Rajiv has played a pivotal role in creating an award winning portfolio of talent transformation products and is responsible for KNOLSKAPE’s global business strategy and growth. Under his leadership, KNOLSKAPE has grown into a leading player in the workplace learning space. Prior to KNOLSKAPE, he worked at Oracle USA in the server technologies division, where he led numerous product development efforts from the ground-up.
An INSEAD MBA, Rajiv earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from BITS Pilani and his Master’s degree in Computer Science from University of Alabama, Huntsville. He enjoys playing musical instruments and has keen interest in theater and film making.
Vijay Kalangi is currently Co-founder, CTO at KNOLSKAPE, where he has managed the conception/development of a large portfolio of products ranging from business simulations to experiential learning products to assessment software. For more than seven years, he has been pioneering new technology based solutions in the education domain. Prior to this, he worked at Center for Advanced Learning Technologies at INSEAD, France where he got the first taste of design of advanced learning innovations using technology.
Vijay holds a Masters degree in Mathematics and Bachelors degree in Computer Science from BITS Pilani, India.
Shobhit Mathur is responsible for KNOLSKAPE’S growth. As the Chief Business Officer, he drives the organization’s growth strategy, revenue as well as cementing KNOLSKAPE’s positioning as a disruptive thought leader in the talent transformation space. Shobhit comes to KNOLSKAPE with nearly two decades of rich experience covering business strategy, sales, marketing and product management. Over his career, he has successfully earned the investment of customers with sound business transformations and successful executions. Prior to KNOLSKAPE, he worked with Eka (software for trading, risk and analytics solutions for commodities), and Global Green (part of the Avantha Group).
Shobhit graduated with a degree in Economics from Hindu College, Delhi University, followed by an MBA from IIFT (Indian Institute of Foreign Trade), Delhi.
Kalyan Teja is currently the Senior Director for Product Development at KNOLSKAPE, where he has been primarily responsible for the end-to-end development of a portfolio of simulation products from ideation to delivery. He has previously worked at INSEAD and was closely involved in the active development of one of the earliest simulations to be ever built in the management domain. Kalyan holds a Masters degree in Economics and Bachelors degree in Computer Science from BITS, Pilani, India.
Sethu Meenakshisundaram is the Senior Vice President – Growth, India and Middle East at KNOLSKAPE. He joined KNOLSKAPE as the first dozen employees and has been instrumental in scaling up the Organization to 100+ employees across 4 countries. He has had the privilege of working with more than half of KNOLSKAPE’s 200+ clientele in 20 countries. Prior to KNOLSKAPE, Sethu has worked in telecommunication and financial services domain in Singapore, Middle East and India.
Sethu graduated with a degree in Electronics & Communication from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (Amrita University), Coimbatore, followed by an MBA from S P Jain School of Global Management in Singapore.
Ritish kickstarted the APAC operations for KNOLSKAPE in 2014 and currently leads the region’s operations. In his current role, Ritish is responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and execution of KNOLSKAPE’s expansion in the APAC region. Prior to KNOLSKAPE, Ritish was working as a Consultant at the Global Consulting Practice of the TCS where he was leading the product development efforts for digitizing the treasury system of a government agency. Prior to that, he co-founded 35mmpro, a marketplace connecting photographers with consumers.
Ritish has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) and Global Masters in Business Administration in Advance Corporate Finance and Banking Management from SP Jain School of Global Management.
Dileep handles KNOLSKAPE’s global financial activities including budgeting, analysis, and reporting, and regulatory compliance along with legal. Dileep has more than 10 years experience in finance. Prior to us, he was Associate Director – Business Finance at Eka Software where he was involved in the complete gamut of finance including fund raising. Dileep started his career with Reuters.
Dileep is an Industrial Engineer and has an MBA from NIT Warangal.
Raksha manages the design, development and implementation of people development and engagement programs at KNOLSKAPE. She is actively involved in delivering KNOLSKAPE’s experiential learning and facilitator certification programs. Raksha has worked with B-Schools and Corporate clients in the IT, ITES, Retail, Education, Manufacturing and Financial Services sectors. Her experience ranges from performance management to behavioral program delivery and assessments. She is a certified MBTI Step I & II, Harrison Assessments and Transactional Analysis Practitioner.
Raksha is a gold medalist in Law and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from VTU. She has keen interest in fine and performing arts.
Ramya Lakshmanan heads Customer Success and is responsible for global operations and delivery. She is responsible for building high-performance teams & scaling operations, managing partner eco-system and customer support. She has about a decade of tech and project management experience. Having started her career as a software developer writing software for Citibank N.A, she has been part of all the facets of product development & delivery. Prior to KNOLSKAPE, she has been the senior technical architect for a start up FLIT & senior engineer at PAYPAL.
Ramya graduated in business management from XLRI and is also a silver medalist in her undergraduate from Anna University. While not at work, she enjoys singing and playing the piano along with her daughter.
Madan Panathula heads the Modern Workplace Learning Solutions and is responsible for creating talent transformation solutions. He engages with the clients to understand their business needs and translates that into learning artifacts that can be used to deliver experiential training sessions. As a facilitator and master trainer, he is accountable for facilitator network management and certification. In the past, he has worked with Cognizant.
Madan has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering. His MBA was in Global Human Resource Management from S. P. Jain School of Global Management, which he graduated with honors (gold medal).
