Sreekanth K Arimanithaya is a versatile business leader with over 25 years of multifaceted executive leadership experience. His areas of expertise include Corporate and Business Strategy, Human Resource Management, Digital Automation and Deep Learning, Design Thinking, Agile Methodology and People Supply Chain Management.
As Senior Vice President, Integrated Workforce Management of DXC Technology, Sreekanth is responsible for global workforce planning and optimization, strategic and operational demand management, talent recruitment and training, and skill management and development. He also co-leads DXC’s India business operations.
He previously served as Managing Director, India, and Global Head – Workforce Management at CSC. He has also worked with organizations such as Britannia Industries Limited, CA Technologies, GE and Toyota in various capacities – Business Transformation, Human Resources Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology and Quality.
Sreekanth holds a BA degree in Psychology and an MSW degree from Loyola College of Social Sciences.
