Gamification benefits project managers the most, as the games are, oftentimes, scenario-based and offer specific skills set that employees will need for certain projects. In other words, Learnification benefits employees because they are learning new things on the job, and it is beneficial to the employer because it is a cost-effective way to increase the skills of the employees.
