HPCL selected KNOLSKAPE to upskill teams for efficient stakeholder management

Participants for the workshop manage various Oil and Gas Depots and Terminals of HPCL and were chosen for the workshop due to their high volumes of interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Identify and understand stakeholders and behaviors by critical analyzing
  • Influence stakeholders in decision-making process using effective social networks
  • Manage conflicts and understanding political landscapes

In turn, learners received immediate feedback and detailed analytics for their actions.

As an outcome of the workshop, learners feel more comfortable managing conflict that arises in their daily interactions with various stakeholders. The workshop illustrated the variety of powers that would help the learners influence their stakeholders effectively, with special emphasis on the concept of referent power. The program resulted in a transformational impact on the learners, and the feedback from them was tremendous.
