Great Place to Work has honored KNOLSKAPE as one of the 2019 Best Mid-size Workplaces in India. The ranking considered thousands of employee surveys from mid-sized companies across India. Great Place to Work, a research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 50 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included communication, professional development, and recognition related to innovation. KNOLSKAPE took the 37th spot on the list.

The organization has become a certified Great Place To Work organization for having excelled on the five dimensions considered by Great Place To Work® as the hallmark of a High-Trust, High-Performance Culture™ – Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Camaraderie.

KNOLSKAPE boasts of an outstanding culture where management cares about employees and a family feel exists. Leadership is just a message/call away and the open-door policy is practiced for real. New ideas and perspectives are always encouraged in this workplace where flexibility in terms of work timings and policies allows employees to strike a wonderful work-life balance.

“To me, great workplaces are those where leaders inspire trust, the right action and taking pride in individual accomplishment, as well as creating a nurturing environment that makes people the best versions of themselves,” says Rajiv Jayaraman, Founder & CEO of KNOLSKAPE. “Our single-minded focus has been to unlock the greatness in people, and people achieve greatness when they get learning opportunities and the freedom to pursue their passion. I believe that we have been able to consistently do this at KNOLSKAPE.”

According to Chief Human Resource Officer, Vijayaraghavan Pisharody, “Present and potential employees of KNOLSKAPE will always be assured a highly engaging and inspiring work culture where meritocracy is the common denominator across the levels. Every Knolly is respected for their individuality and their contribution. Our goal is to help them identify their purpose and achieve their goals by constantly nudging and encouraging.”

Best practices at KNOLSKAPE that cemented the organization’s certification as a great place to work include work-vacations, Tech-talks which are presentations by employees on a technical topic, and K-Talks which allow employees to educate their peers about a topic of their interest. These initiatives help employees to connect through common interests, quality time and allows them to make connections outside of work.
