KNOLSKAPE, a leading provider of Talent Transformation Solutions for the modern workplace, has been selected as a partner by one of India’s largest public-sector banks to develop the leadership capabilities of 2000 hi-potential managers from across the country and overseas locations.
With massive disruption taking place in the Indian banking sector, public sector banks are faced with an existential challenge, and an important element of successful transformation lies in a massive upgradation of talent and culture, across all levels. With this objective in mind, the senior management team at the bank decided to invest in a landmark project that focuses on developing the leadership capabilities of 2000 of its brightest future leaders, and enhance the leadership pipeline.
To implement this vision, the selection committee at the bank first assessed the requirements and profiles of the participants. As part of this process, they concluded that building leadership at scale and engaging younger leaders called for a vendor that could embed modern learning methodologies and technology into the development intervention. After a rigorous selection process that evaluated nearly a dozen leading leadership development companies, KNOLSKAPE emerged as the clear winner by far.
