Tavant aimed at Strengthening Women Leadership to Contribute to the Organization’s Growth

Tavant Technologies wished to empower their women leaders to advance their careers by breaking through existing barriers and confidently stepping into senior leadership roles. They wanted to strengthen team leadership capabilities, enabling women to lead high-performing teams and contribute to the organization’s future growth. A key focus was on developing core business skills such as effective problem-solving, decision-making, and business acumen, which are critical for impactful leadership. Additionally, they wanted to design a program which seeks to create awareness around unconscious bias and equip women leaders with the tools to recognize and overcome these challenges. By promoting big-picture thinking, the initiative also encourages a strategic and visionary approach, helping women leaders align their efforts with long-term organizational goals and drive meaningful change. 

KNOLSKAPE has been an exceptional partner in designing, developing, and delivering the ‘DivHersify Your Leadership’ – a Women Leadership Program. Their custom solution significantly benefited our organization. The interactive simulations and discussions were particularly effective, enabling participants to practice decision-making and explore various leadership topics.
